Almond millet porridge with goji berries

A wonderful gluten-free porridge – light and creamy with a hint of almonds from the Almond Dream. Adding the goji berries and hemp seeds provides plenty of additional vitamins, minerals and healthy fats to kick start your day. You can prepare this the night before and reheat for a speedy breakfast.


250g millet
1 tsp ground cinnamon
75g goji berries
500ml Almond Dream
200ml apple juice
2 tbsps shelled hemp seeds


  1. Place the millet, cinnamon, goji berries together with the almond dream and apple juice in a saucepan.
  2. Bring the mixture to the boil.
  3. Lower the heat and simmer covered for 20 minutes until soft.
  4. To serve drizzle over a little Almond Dream and top with a few hemp seeds.
